This coating has earned a strong reputation in Japan for its outstanding performance.
The official durability is 3 years, but even with the best coatings, water repellency is quite good if it lasts one year in actual use.
First, when selecting a coating, please select it with durability in mind. Otherwise, you will have to reapply the coating for a full day once a month.
After applying several coatings, we have found that there are almost no coatings that have durability in years. Silazane 50 series (especially Diamond 200) is one of the few coatings that can maintain water repellency even after one year.
Even after one year, the water repellent effect was sufficient, so it can be said that the coating is quite excellent from that point of view.

Bumblebee water repellency even after 12 months
Even after 12 months, the water repellency has not decreased at all.
Water repellent revival agent + maintenance agent at 8 month check.

After all, it is a real glass coating, so it is intensely durable.
However, if an appropriate coating is chosen, water repellency is zero after two months of neglect.
The official 3-year durability is not a date.

Try using a maintenance agent at 8 months.
I had the maintenance agent at the initial point and will try to use it.
However, a further coat of Silazane 50 is recommended for maintenance and should be used only as a reference.
The maintenance agent is simply sprayed on a cloth and wiped up. It is not much different from the installation of Silazane 50.
Note that if a maintenance agent is used, the top coat cannot be applied with Silazane 50 (it can be removed with an ion deposition agent).
Car Storage Environment
Of course, we don’t say anything about indoor storage.
We use it for driving almost every day and drive along the coast once every two weeks.
I don’t wash my car when it gets wet in the rain or splashed with mud.
So the conditions are normal use, not ideal storage conditions.
However, the water repellency was as strong as immediately after the installation.
Please take a look. This water repellency is achieved even on plastic parts with many uneven surfaces, which are thought to be difficult for coatings to get on.

Silazane 50 for longer durability
There are several ways to increase durability.

Among them, regular car washing and maintenance are essential, so do it well.
Routine maintenance
Maintenance should be performed within one year.
However, it is more cost-effective to purchase another coat of Silazane 50 and apply a top coat than to use a water repellent revival agent.

Regular car wash
Ideally, once a week.
Furthermore, ideally, wash the car immediately after it gets dirty.
Driving over puddles makes it easier for dust from tires and brake dust (iron powder) to adhere to the body.
Cheap detergent is sufficient.

If washing the car is a hassle, use a Kärcher x blower to blow away all the dirt and water droplets.

Indoor Storage
Needless to say, this is the strongest storage method.
Full UV protection. Survives rain and wind. There is no better way to increase durability.

The cover would be a pain in the ass but effective.
It has a wide range of use (coverage) as it is also active during typhoons and yellow sand.
Choose a cover that fits the body perfectly.
Silazane 50 To restore durability
I have used the water repellent revitalizer and maintenance agent, and I would rather refill another bottle of Silazane 50 than buy all these products.
That one can revive water repellency + add layers and is less expensive.

When is the maintenance period?
The Silazane 50 showed almost as good water repellency as new in three months.
Water repellent revitalizer does not appear to be necessary at this time.
Check the durability in 6 months to 1 year before installing.
Again, but if you are going to buy from now on, go for another bottle of Silazane 50. It is more effective that way.
Coating top coat
Silazane 50 can be topcoated if not topcoated.
It is highly recommended for regular maintenance, as it can simply double the life of the product.
Rather than using a maintenance agent or water repellent revival agent, a top coat of Silazane 50 is more cost-effective.
